I've already got all 3 versions, but if they come out with a battle-damaged DX, I'm all over it. And Iron Monger too...(please HT! Please! Please! PLEAAAAAAAAASE!!!)

A battle damaged Iron Man and an Iron Monger would complete this line. If HT can build a Tumbler and Batpod for the TDK line, I can't see why IM fans can't have an Iron Monger.

Iron Monger would be off the hook! Interesting to see what 2010 will be for us collectors.. Another expensive year for me, AGAIN!

a thought that just came to me - now that the Iron Man Battle Damage version has a unique stand (and is not a dx), do you think we'll get unique stands in this line for each of the figures? I'd like that.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, the Terminator line is a mix.

P.S Got the exclusive!!!:chew

Wow, I just realized something, upon reading what you said.

That there's a pattern when HT produces something. Like for example, if a main character e.g. Connor, Batman, wolf predator, mark 3, T800 and so on comes with a normal base, then there's a good chance that there's gonna be a v2 in the long run.

And that for figs that come with a special base, e.g. Predator, machiko, godfather, scissorhands etc, chances are, they won't be making V2s of those.

What do you guys think?

This may have already been posted, but I thought it was pretty cool if true. From this guy's blog

I don't think there's a pattern, all the T-600's have fancy bases, Batman is because he's a DX, otherwise he'd probably be a standard. It's possible, but I don't think we have enough cases to lay out a pattern just yet.

Wow, sure enough. It's even in print in their catalog. Good find.

So maybe the Hulk/Banner appearance in IM2 rumor is true.

We may be all that much closer to getting a Hulk.

The Mark IV, V, and VI?

They're going to have three Iron Men just like with the first movie having Marks I, II and III.

Anyone have an idea of the differences, whether they be subtle or minor between the IV V and VI?

I'd like to say I'd only go for the latest model and War Machine but knowing me, I'll dip into every single one.

Mark I, II, III, battle damage Mark III, Gunmetal Gray Mark III, IV, V ,VI and War Machine. A serious amount of freakin Ironman figures. (I do understand War Machine is not Ironman) :google

I am all for Marvel love but even I may draw the line before 8 figures. Well........it depends on how different each one is. :D

I totally forgot about the Gunmetal Gray Mark III.

Which of the Marks do you have, if any?

I'm shocked to read about a Mark VI. I know the Mark IV is basically the rebuild and retooling of the Mark III after the Iron Monger fight and how it gets damaged in order to need a Mark V but in everything I've heard and read I've never seen mention of a Mark VI. I'll have to start digging around.
