We'll see what happens but if they go with rooted hair...add in that base...the price becomes a concern heh. But, ya, come on...I wanna see the final product already!:clap

just ordered new goblin from OSB. think this with the sandman base, the eventual venom and new goblin on one shelf would make a pretty cool display. and if i ever get bored, could always customize a pineapple express seth.

No. The first 2 have issues.

Also, Peter Parker headsculpt will be included with this figure.

"但現在主要負責黑色的蜘蛛人Peter Parker 的頭雕製作工作。"
"For now, I'm in charge of Peter Parker's headsculpt for the Black Spiderman"

Quote of K.A. KIM from an interview by Toy People.

Oh those are really bad news.....for my wallet. :yess:

Now, do you guys think there will be an inevitable 2nd version of red and blue spidey with new mask style (separate head and body) and "good" peter parker?

perhaps they could work some HT magic, and just do a 2 in 1 with a clean suit and a battle damaged suit, clean headsculpt and battle damaged headsculpt

No interest in the Parker sculpt. It will get stored away with the other extras I don't use from this figure but the figure will be ordered.

I think they need to do a baddie next before we get a new SM.

:exactly::goodpost: Totally agree, we need at least a couple more villains before they revisit Spidey again (and the Sandman base doesn't count!). Would be fine with a proper Sandman and Venom if HT wants to stick to Spiderman 3, but my priority would be a Doc Ock, closely followed by a Green Goblin (I can dream!)

yeah more villains first for sure, if I recall right, HT did confirm Venom so he should be next. And whether you love topher or ya hate him, I still think Venom himself looked pretty cool in the movie and would probably translate well in figure form. I dont know if they could do a Topher since he had those symbiote strings attached to his body. After him....

A green goblin with glider, pumpkin bombs, that trident weapon thingy, and a evil grinning Defoe sculpt would rock pure and simple.

A sandman with a second "half head" sculpt, a bunch of interchangeable arms/hand weapons would be great and throw in some little bags of money to sweeten the deal. I bet they could really pull off some cool "sand" textures too. Sideshow exclusive: a set of interchangeable Mud arms!

Doctor Octopus with articulated ock arms and maybe a light up feature. Removable glasses and trench coat...totally solid figure.

DX Battle damaged red/blue spider-man (any movie, but i'd prefer spider-man 1 personally) I think the PERS would look really cool with the one eye peeking through the cracked eye lense. Throw in a second clean Tobey headsculpt, and civilian clothes. Throw in glasses, a camera, and a copy of the daily bugle.

I doubt we'll get half of these as i'm sure they'll begin focusing on the reboot, but this would be my dream list...having incarnations of raimis spideys and villains would be personal grail pieces for me.

A Peter Parker headsculpt? NICE.

I just hope it isn't the emo look. I hate that look. I'd prefer a more neutral, SP1/SP2 Peter Parker look. Something like this,

None of that eye liner or emo hair ____.

I had no interest in this figure... but it's an instant buy if it's that sculpt!

Why are some people looking for rooted hair for this Parker head sculpt?
It's not a friggin Barbie doll people!
Short hair too? Would that even work or look right?
If it has rooted hair I won't be posing it with the Peter sculpt
or it might break the deal all together.
Sculpted is the way to go.

sculpted.
why would they go rooted hair??
have they done that with a male figure of late??
looking at New Goblin Harry headsculpt...and really, sculpted IS the way to go.

The only reason I would think for rooted is so the spidey mask would be able to fit over the head without the hair making it look funny

I think with rooted hair, it would make a mask fitting over still look funny. Probably why they would just have masked head instead.
