Harry got delivered yesterday from Kit. He's a great little figure with a ****load of accessories. Haven't even had the time to take everything out yet. Swapping hands has been fine for me so far. I actually think this is better than the pegs on their other figures since this lacks their useless magnet. It just feels like your usual Hot Toys figure. They include a spare set of pegs as well.

Hope Ron and Hermione aren't too far off. They're gonna look great when displayed all together.

Right Chooperface, it would make a lot more sense if Harry was in his "Civvies". It's a fun idea and seemingly well done, but with as much as I will have plunked down for Harry, Ron & Hermione and their displays, I can't justify the addition of this. If I were only collecting the HP franchises, it would be different, but I'm sure I'm not alone in having too many other lines and waaay not enough display (and storage) space

It looks on the larger side for sure, but the small figure on it makes it look even bigger.

Yeah as nice as that diorama is, that's a pretty hard sell. A. Cost. B. Size and C. It's not exactly my "go to" scene when thinking of Potter. Maybe for the serious diehards might buy it, but I'm more than happy with the InArt diorama included with the Deluxe.

That company makes good stuff. I have other dios from them.

But with the actual deluxe hall pieces, it's redundant for the HP line. But I hope they delve into more things.

If anything, InArt may be the resurgence for companies to do display companion pieces. I've seen more hit the market recently than what I'm used to. Which is nice.

My Harry came today. Haven't opened yet but will tomorrow.

That's a damn nice diorama.
Big, lots of cool though put into it - love some of the design choices like the swappable signs, the train journey captured in sculpture on the base or the ticket detail on top of the pillar.

Kind of want it, but it doesnt really work for the planned collection and as others have said, the Gryffindor Common Room diorama makes it a tad redundant.
If I was gonna display anyone on that diorama it would be Ron.
Even if another company made a Harry civilian clothes accessory pack - im not sure I would display my Inart sculpt on this instead of his school/wizard robes.
Maybe if there was a Harry in civs included at this price I might cave - but as it is I think this is just one I will admire from afar.
A really nice piece though.

This diorama looks fantastic! If this was $100 less, I would have already placed my order. I think i would need to also buy a sculpted InArt Harry or a sculpted JND Harry to put on it as well.

As much as I would love to have it, I will have to pass.

So for those who haven't had any wrist pegs snap, ( 8 week later and im still waiting on my replacement body btw), has anyone had success actually removing the wrist pegs for any reason?

Yep, mine seem fine so far [knock on wood] and Ive swapped between multiple hands - I've also pulled the pegs out completely and re-inserted them.
No idea if things will stay that way, but it may just be a "luck of the draw" type situation.

Yes, I made a post a few pages back about mine. I had one come out easily, and the other I removed the entire forearm and slowly worked it out. Now that one comes out normally as well.

Im due a replacement body in the next few weeks apparently so im hoping the pegs come out easy on that one so i can hollow out the inside a touch, the ones on this broken one seem fused and will not budge even with heat.
