The eyes on the mask are under his eyes, more on his cheeks :lol

And peter parker had perfect hair when he pulled of the mask in ASM.
Bruce Wayne didn't really have black rims around his eyes. Thor can't really fly.

Who cares. :dunno

Oh you mean like when Magneto is trying to lift up the sub in first class with his left hand, then the scene cuts to riptide, then he's using his right hand to lift up the sub?

Or how about in ASM when Spidey leaves Gwen's house because he hears sirens, leaving his backpack behind. Then the next scene he's on the bridge pulling out his mask out of his backpack.

Does he even look through the armor eyes? I thought it was all video feed with virtual/augmented reality. The only time I saw Tony looking through the eye "hole" was when the armor was off and falling from the sky (Mark II and Mark VII).

Your right he sees the holographic display but the eyes do line up with his for when they don't work.

So the eyes not lining up in that gif is a weird design gaffe.

Yeah, all the flicks with IM in them, seem to do a pretty good job of explaining that the eyes in the mask aren't for seeing out of. He has that whole heads up display thing going on.

Huge article with spoilers

Does anyone else think of TDKR and the shooting at Aurora Colorado when reading this observation from RDJ:

"I think what’s funny is there’s never been a superhero in one of these genre films where the guy is in a committed relationship," Downey continued. "It’s like, 'Oh, no. Don’t do that!' So we thought the strength in that is I think it sends a better message than, 'Don’t you want to be like this guy who dates Kim Basinger one year and Nicole Kidman the next?' Yes you do, but there’s no stability there. I think the whole thing is that it’s such a different time generationally. You definitely don’t want to smoke in movies anymore, no matter how cool it looks. But also, the way you interact with characters and the level of violence you have in a PG-13 movie, now you wonder like, 'My God, if we do that, is someone really gonna do that and we’re gonna have to reshoot it?' To me, it’s a genre that I don’t get bored of because it immediately takes the stink off of, 'We’re going to do an important movie, a serious movie.' But I think what’s important is that there has to be conflict in the relationship, and there has to be resolution that isn’t the same."

It's not. The angle of tony's head (tilted down) coupled with the distance between the faceplate and tony's face give it the illusion that it's not lined up.

I agree.
Also when the faceplate attaches he keeps tilting his head even further adding to that effect.

Errrr, Scott Summers & Jean Grey :lecture

And to a lesser extent Silk Spectre & Dr Manhatten. And Peter Parker and MJ in SM3

I dunno, none of those relationships really stayed committed. All of them had weird love triangles going on.

Jean was always conflicted between Wolvie and cyclops.

Silk spectre banged Nightowl.

MJ was with Harry...then peter...then Harry again...Peter on the other hand had his moment with Gwen Stacy and possible Mr. Ditkoviches daughter :lol
Many more:

Superman/Lois
Reeds/Sue Storm
Blade/Federal Prison
Batman/Robin
Void/Nolan

Lois went off and banged cyclops...

Dad saw the new trailer yesterday in IMAX 3D before Oz. After it was over he leans over and says we're going at midnight and you're taking the next day off. :lol
