That is the Hulk Buster or Heavy Duty Armor... As for the Hulk wearing it... That is only a rumor, imo.

Are we sure that bulky armour at the end is a Hulkbuster?
I don't know... the comic Hulkbuster armour always looks awesome with that dome-like head and everything more rounded. This one (even though it's just a glimpse) looks a bit blocky and not as awesome.

I don't think it's actually Hulkbuster. That's just what people have taken to calling it since we don't know the official name yet.
