No one cared who I was until I put on a tooth that glitters.

You had me at hello.

So who'll be Tony Stark when RDJ costs too much to keep on?

Someone ****ty. Someone who will try to do an RDJ impression and then when they get someone after that they'll bring something new to the role.

and maybe RDJ would eventually be too old to play the part. he himself said he cant do it forever. so far Marvel Studios hasnt disappointed me with their movies so i have faith they would pick someone worthy of the role

RDJ's choice was both a risk and a payoff. Essentially Stark is older than everyone else and has been established as such, which means that as RDJ ages, so will Stark. Age isn't a factor unless RDJ himself can't act anymore, that isn't a factor really, not to mention that the majority of the film is CGI, allowing for more faceshots and less actual physical action.

Marvel I suspect, also knows this which is why he's got cameos in Hulk and supposedly a scene in Guardians.

Rumors are that the Marvel Studios version of GotG will have IM be part of the team similar to their Marvel NOW and that it'll be one of those things where he isn't always with them but there.

Johnny Depp. He must be cheap since Disney seems to love him so much, right? :lol

That's Tim Burton.

Third movies always suck.

Not necessarily. It's been shown that directors for some reason can't direct a good third superhero film on their own but for Shane Black this is number one and so the chance is still there. I have faith it will run rings around IM2 but still fall a bit short of IM1.

I wonder if it will suck as bad as IM2.

At least it was fun though.

IM2 was a molestation to the franchise. So many continuity errors and so much fan pandering. I can't wait for this to watch the taste of that from my mind.

At least IM2 didn't suck as much as TDKR. :p :lol

That might be a bit of an exaggeration. :lol was it as good as IM1? No, it wasn't. However, it was a fun and entertaining. It's not the best Marvel movie but its not the worse and from my pov its not even close. I personally am excited to see another awesome IM movie.

---------------
I think this has the potential to be the best of the series.

:mad:Late forties isn't old.

It ain't the years, it's the mileage. Hopefully he's able to keep it together for a few more years. I'm kinda worried about how badly he cooked his heart over all that so he better stay healthy!

He's old but my vote for Tony Stark if RDJ jets

This picture must be old because Bruce looks nothing like that anymore. As much as I love the guy the last time I saw him in an episode of Burn Notice (which was season 1 I believe) he was looking pretty rough.

Here, Bruce Campbell actually looks more like the comic book Tony Stark than Robert Downey Jr ever has lol

I just thought the same thing.

One EARLY review... SO EXCITING

According to Empire Magazine, Iron Man 3 has already had not one but two separate “Friends And Family” screenings in an edit bay at Marvel’s brand-new HG in Manhattan Beach. So where are all the reviews for Iron Man 3? Is anyone on Twitter declaring it the best movie of the year?
Well, it seems most of the friends and family of Iron Man 3 are keeping quiet. Except we did find one early review posted by an anonymous (of course) source claiming to have seen an early screening. According to this anonymous source, “Easily the best MCU movie so far. Better than the Avengers. Darker than IM1/2, but still has a fair bit of light-hearted moments. The humor is more of the dry wit/cynical/ironic type. Also, Stark and Rhodey have really great chemistry, which more than makes up for IM2′s mess.”
