That it does. Its the major reason why I've stuck around here for 10 years or why I love Comic-Con talking with folks. That feeling you get chatting about things you care about with other likeminded folks is pretty damn cool.

I have that saved on my phone just to send people who call me a geek like it's a bad thing.

Yeah, I just laugh when people call me a geek like I'm supposed to be ashamed of it. I like who I am and over the last 12 years have finally and fully accepted who I am. I couldn't be happier really.

I think people have a very biased view on geeks. They think we're all ugly, fat, live in our parents basement and lazy.

We're not. We're regular dudes and gals who enjoy comic books and movies over date rape and basketball.

We're just ahead of the curve, and more intelligent.
