Is it me, or did IM3 feel more like a straight up action movie, instead of a super-hero film?

I really like the movie a lot, but it was something I noticed. After all, Shane Black did write Predator and Lethal Weapon films.

Watched it for the first time on Blu Ray. I wasn't fond at it at all. Chalk me up to the group that was disappointed with the plot twist, the ending, Tony Stark's vulnerabilities and illogical actions, the suits that just get ripped apart like nothing, etc.

As an action film, I really wasn't impressed either.

I had low expectations and still hated it immediately after it was over. I'm glad there are no more Iron Man films.

I am not a Comic guys, so the only thing I know about Iron Man is from the movies. I too watched it the other day and was not too thrilled. Kind of all over the place.
Like TDKR very little Iron Man. I didn't like how anyone could get in a suit (I count 6 people I this movie). I have no opinion about the twist and how the character Manderin was used in the movie because I don't know who he is in the comics. Having said that I think I enjoyed Ben Kingley's "actor" acting the best in this movie. Very well done.

If you're counting Tony's suit, it was only him and pepper that could control it. If you're counting Iron Patriot, it was modified by the Airforce, so I'm guessing anybody could pilot it.
