just a heads up for the future - instead of cancelling and losing your deposit - get the statue and if it has issues - get a full refund (including shipping and your deposit) from SS.

Thanks , I had mine on a long flex .It would have been December before it shipped. don't think they refund your deposit it is after all NRD! I'm really disappointed , but sideshow needs to review their Quality issues and not let any major flawed pieces through

IMO, guilt by association isn't warranted. CS has nothing to do with SSC's QA/QC process.

Here is a letter from Sideshow regarding my IP Statue.. Granted my statue was covered in Flaws.

replacements for your Iron Patriot that would have a body that you be a huge
improvement over your current item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may
cause you.

We can however replacement both the portraits for the item. Please let me know
is you would like to receive these parts.

That's the difference between the item being faulty/damaged and you not liking it.

Considering they're saying all the stock is in the same, flawed, condition they may argue that you're returning due to the latter

If Sideshow sends you a item and you are not happy with it they will send you a return label from UPS to send it back. Once they receive it they will refund you 100% of the cost of the item and the shipping cost. I really loved this statue, It is really hard to believe they did not have any replacement bodies any better than mine,, That's crazy..

It's pretty clear that in this case sideshow IS paying the return shipping. Not bad I think.
