any GI Joe expert here remember a Joe that had sort of a desert type camo but there was a lot of orange in it i think. i think he had a matching helmet. he also had some kind of orange bobcat or mountain lion. i think this was one of my last Joes. i think i had him more for display purposes than for playing with.

I loved the Sci fi figure as a kid but looking back... I wouldnt miss him. In 1/6 the lime green suit would probably be awful.

Yeah, a lot of the characters I liked as a kid don't have the same appeal now. Sci Fi was cool with his huge laser rifle, but his lime green suit would look horrible. Same thing with Fast Draw...a guy walking around with backpack mounted missles is a little too much. Budo...cool character growing up, but now I'm thinking "Why the heck does the Joe team need a samurai warrior?" And Budo and Quick Kick can't compete with Snake Eyes, Storm Shadow, and Jinx in terms of martial arts skills.

Budo could actually be cool if they redesigned him and toned down the samurai look( then again so could Sci fi), I like all the martial arts characters except the later ninja force. I would say Quick kick was is in the same group with Snake eyes, Storm shadow, and Jinx and want to see him made. He'll definately need some boots tho.

I believe Sideshow said that more Joes would be released next, but I have a feeling we will see Firefly during Spooktacular. We know he's been in developement, and he fits the Spooktacular theme in that Firefly is a "spook", i.e. secret agent/saboteur. Unless Sideshow does something completely out of left field and releases a Chuckles figure, who was the Joe team's resident undercover operative/spook.

Yeah, I thought Chuckles was a pretty cool character, even with that horrendous Hawaiian shirt. I loved the shoulder harness he came with.
