Taking into consideration how many of us would be interested, particularly with Trevor at the helm, $500 for Daniel shouldn't be that big an ask. I guess what we also have to consider is who will cast it when he's done. We'd have to have someone top notch otherwise Trev's work would come to naught if it wasn't cast properly. Who does Trev use!?

I think Trevor casts his own stuff. The hs I have from him are always perfectly cast

Didn't even think of that cost. What's the going rate for a Trevor head around here anyways? And who are some good painters that take on commissions? Not sure if the ones I've used in the past are still active here or affordable.

A trevolver Craig? I'd be in 100%. I don't think you could ever guarantee a sculpt would be perfect in terms of likeness but what you'd get with trev is one hell of a quality sculpt / cast / service etc.

So of all the available heads, it comes down to commissioning a brand new one?

I'll take the second place winner and be happy. Which head gets second place again? Is it "the one that shall never be known" by imaresque or bbkills? Maybe I should take third. Most of my collection is made up of old sculpts or old Sideshow Bonds from 2002-2004 so maybe the ZCWO sculpt is just fine.

If you look at the varying opinions on what is already out there a group commission is going to be tough. Unless one person is appointed to oversee the work most sculptors would probably steer clear of getting involved with it. Approval by commitee is an artist nightmare from what I have heard. As far as what is second or third best the opinions are as many as the number of different sculpts. I own several Snyderman heads so I lean towards that one, but that's me. Go with the look you like the best.

True. I've run commissions and seen enough to know that you're lucky to keep 40-30% commitment by the end of the offering and most artists get ticked at that. That's why they ask for a minimum of 20 usually, knowing that 8 may actually buy. Then they sell the head privately over time.

I would love to work on a Daniel Craig Bond....or for that matter, a Connery Bond too.. I hope some day to do this. At the moment, I am very busy...but I did have plans to do a Craig Bond some day. Hopefully soon...

I'll keep my eyes peeled. The fact he's busy is good news for me. Need time to recover some funds from this past month.

Not interested in a Connery for myself. And I think my dad is content with his SSC Bond collection.

I know there's not been a lot of it shown but sean ho's Skyfall Daniel Craig sculpt was shaping up well. For those who haven't seen it, it's a project he is doing along eith Kato (tailoring) check it out in the customs section.

If he did one as good as the Craig in your sig I think we'd be happy.

Latest shot looks good.... If they offer just the head and it looks good and is affordable, I may jump on it. I don't want him in a tux, but hoping Kato goes for that blue one he wore. That is different from the rest!
