Won’t fit in the Moducase DF120 then. For those who ordered the BTAS Batmobile, be prepared to the extreme size of this thing.
Next to the 89 which is already massive…

Has it always been this long? I thought initial posts had responses saying it would fit. Thanks.angled maybe
Yes, this was the size that has been on the site since the pre-orderHas it always been this long? I thought initial posts had responses saying it would fit. Thanks.
Not sure what you mean by 'neither worked'?Having reviewed the mondo and the third party versions neither worked.
It did not work in terms of articulation and in one case 'look' but more importantly it would mean quite an increase in cost to make a custom body for each animated series figure which would mean we end up losing customers. Final thing being not fitting in the car which has been asked many timesNot sure what you mean by 'neither worked'?
The recent S-Hero animated style Bats and Superman figures are good 3D renditions using the very stylized animated proportions.
Bringing a 2D design like that to life isn't easy but it is being done successfully. I'm sure its well within your company's capabilities; those proportions not fitting in the car --- now that's a different issue, but I would think the majority of fans would prefer a figure that looked like the source material. It doesn't need to 'fit in' with Hot Toys and other realistically proportioned figures because it's not remotely the same thing. Just my take on it but I'm sure I'm not the only one.
I think this actually looks pretty good. I remember some episodes early on in the series where the body was more rounded like the episode with all the robots.Having reviewed the mondo and the third party versions neither worked. Someone customised this a while ago, mondo body with a fabric outfit. The articulation is subpar and aesthetically speaking imo it doesn’t work.View attachment 748924

Yeah that's the difficult part. Either way I loose and we are seeing how much time, work and extra money is needed to make a custom body, which makes me even more reticent. Because:With all respect, you will losing customers too if you make a figure that doesn't look like should be (I'm one of those). You make a custom body for Catwoman but not for Batman(?)...kinda weird tbh.
About the Batmobile, I'm not gonna buy it but understand the issue, but for me is more of a scale issue.
I'm very chill, so please don't read any antagonism into my response.Collectors are always going to complain about something without knowing the ins and outs. Do what you think is best for business. (HT are always reusing bodies, e.g. X-23 and Raine Carradine.)
The thing is, that would also be a custom body. If we do the Spiderman 2099 version, then we could also go all in and do more stylized animated. If @JazzInc could provide us with a body similar to the Hot Toys 1/6 Spider-man 2099, I believe everyone would be more than pleased.
Also, Joost is this possible for you to replace that shocked face expression with something that has more shelf presence and nostalgia appeal? For instance, the "squinted eyes in the opening scene" and the series' signature "only eyes in the shadow" face? Pics attached for your reference.

Compared to the shocked one, I think both of these would be much more appreciated, and are definitely easier to accomplish
