Interesting that those are both painted so differently. One has some black parts on the engine that are metallic on the other, and the bumper colors are reversed as well.
two version? you mean regarding the hair?Queen studios confirmed with Justin during his Livestream that they will be doing both the 2022 Batman figure and the batmobile. Possibly both to be shown in May. The quality of the joker is out of this world. QS studios hinted at two versions of the batman too.
Well the material used for the suit. So they won't be using pleather on the premium version. Assuming it will have higher quality materials such as real leathertwo version? you mean regarding the hair?
After seeing the level of craftsmanship from the joker I'm all in for QS Batman. I plan on removing the eyes and mouth piece from Hot toys version and have it as a "suit display" then have my main version be the queen studios. If they're planning to use real leather, they'd have to have it skivved as thin a possible as to not hinder the figure's movement or be too heavy for the figure (if used as a cape). Lamb or sheep leather is out of the question since that is too fragile and scuffs or tears easily especially when skivved as thin as possible.
Remember if you mass produce on a larger scale it reduces the price. Joost has confirmed this. QS stated their price will be competitive. Their joker isnt far off from the DX hot toys. So I have a feeling the price will be around the same if not slightly cheaper than jazz.I'm betting a QS Batmobile would be even pricier than Jazzinc's, so don't think I'm going to bother waiting for that one.

Real metal and wood
This level of quality made me on the reserve to wait for their batmobile.
I have faith in Joost but this is too awesome to ignore.
I mean if their batmobile isn't plastic, it'll be obscenely expensive. Would be like $3k+ with insane shipping costs.
Judging by QS's proto teaser, it's also very inaccurate. HT's teaser is actually the most accurate so far.
Oh, this is a drawing? It looks like a physical model to me.Unless you're talking about something else, the only "teaser" HT has is a drawing.
Yeah it's still so early that I just don't see much point in holding out for a Queen Studios version of anything right now. It could be months before we even see the next 1/6 figure preorder from them, let alone a preorder for the Batmobile.I was interested in their Joker, so I watched both of the livestreams last night. There was a lot of "I'm not sure about this", and "I'll have to get back to you on that" responses, so there really wasn't a great deal of detail of specifics on any of their products, other than maybe company direction and strategy. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds, but they said they wouldn't really have any details until May.
I have to admit that I'm very curious, but also fairly skeptical, to see how a statue company makes the leap to mechanical engineering. I'm not saying they can't do it, just that it's not a trivial undertaking. I actually did order the Deluxe Joker last night from them, but again, that's a figure, not a 39 inch vehicle, so that wasn't so much of a risk IMO. They regularly make 1/3 and 1/4 statues (which are fantastic), so I didn't think a 1/6 figure was that much of a leap for them.
No doubt their jail cell diorama is impressive - that's one of the reasons I bought it. That said, I doubt Queen Studios is going to use real metal on their version of the batmoblie, certainly not extensively (as in not the whole engine), so I'm not sure what that leaves, other than plastic and maybe rubber tires (which they weren't sure about on the livestream). I'm not sure it's valid to compare a stationary building diorama to a vehicle.
I guess you'll just have to make up your own mind, as we all do. The fact that Joost has something tangible that you can see and a proven record for delivering 1/6 vehicles are a couple of reasons I'm going with jazzinc.
He confirmed it is coming this May. And easy to order from spec fiction and make payments especially if they are selling it as a bundle. Not a big deal buying import figures. Osk, giantoy and spec fiction are the way to go. I will probably cancel my hot toys pre order if QS knocks it out the park.Yeah it's still so early that I just don't see much point in holding out for a Queen Studios version of anything right now. It could be months before we even see the next 1/6 figure preorder from them, let alone a preorder for the Batmobile.
Best to not get your hopes up too high and just take each release as it comes.
John with queen studios said they will show their Batman 1/6 figure and batmobile 2022 in May during the china wonderfest
