So if Rexy is about 156 years old, what was the expected life span of a T-rex? That seems old to me, but some tortoises live hundreds of years so its not unheard of for something to live a long, long time. Is it possible she had an accelerate growth rate, but not an aging rate? 156 just seems really old to be charging into battle. So maybe she is still only 26 but was fully grown at 4? I guess we're all reading too much into this in the first place

Yeah, by splicing in the frog DNA, the argument is that the Dinosaurs didn't grow feathers and had the leather skin texture instead. Wu even mentioned he wanted to use Bird DNA, but the investors wanted them to be scarier.
