Re: Justice League-Parts 1 & 2 (2017 and 2019)

Pretty sure the INJUSTICE inspired stuff will continue to just be visions or nightmares of a potential, alternate future.

Who were created as an interesting alternative to Crime Syndicate.

Oh, agreed. And that stuff is MUCH better. I even like the Justice Lords and Crime Syndicate stuff that's been done in the Animated DCU, too. Even "Crisis On Two Earths" is one of the better movies, imho, especially since James Woods' Owlman is so great. And the final confrontation between him and Batman is one of the coolest Batman moments ever:

God, I loved Woods' Owlman sooo much! He had just the right voice. :monkey2

Indeed. And his delivery was also perfect. I loved how his discovery of the infinite alternate Earths made him think everything is meaningless.

Owlman: Every decision we make is meaningless because somewhere, on a parallel Earth, we have already made the opposite choice. We're nothing. Less than nothing.

Superwoman: How can you say that? We're rich. We're conquerors.

Owlman: [pointing at alternate Earths] And here, we're poor. Here, we're slaves. And here, our parents never met, so we were never born. Here, the world ended in nuclear war. Here, no fish was brave enough to crawl up on land and humans never evolved. And so on, ad infinitum.

----

That's good stuff.

Re: Justice League-Parts 1 & 2 (2017 and 2019)

At this point, WB can make JL Part2 into Crisis on Infinite Earths so that Hopeman could become DCCU's version of Superboy-Prime. :lol

So it's merely inspired by certain Injustice elements and will remain as a "dangerous future". So, to tell the long story short, it's not Injustice but just an "Evil Superman" story...HA! I told ya! I told ya! HA!

Ahem, so, uh, yeah... Cool. It's cool to have some sort of clarification on it. I can now say that the myth of JL:p1 being Injustice themed has been...

There is nothing new under the sun. I'm not familiar with the Injustice stuff, except that it's a videogame. But this idea has a long history. Crisis on Two Earths is one of the better DC Animated films, though my favorite ever moments involving the Crime Syndicate is in the first issue of Crisis on Infinite Earths. What a way to kick off that story.

Re: Justice League-Parts 1 & 2 (2017 and 2019)

Another good article that sees the INJUSTICE clues in BvS & suggests an interesting way of how Darkseid will be added to the mix.

Breaking Super Bad: How Zack Snyder will send Superman to the Darkseid | Blastr

*Interesting that I hadn't noticed Jimmy Olsen's death in INJUSTICE is identical to his death in BvS: he dies from a bullet to the face while on his knees.

Wow, you just wrecked me with that. I think I'll hang myself now since there's just no way I can emotionally recover from this.

Lol listen, bruh, I could give two ***** what your little brain thinks JLA will or won't be based on. Its ****ing hilarious how you actually think your opinion somehow matters to me (or anyone else).

I honestly didn't need JLA to be an adaptation of INJUSTICE but now I want it to be so I can reply to EVERY post you ever make in this forum with I THOUGHT THEY WEREN'T DOING INJUSTICE, BRUH?

19 months to go.

...Irish, you know, the guy who actually works for WB, pretty much confirmed that the Injustice inspired sutff (emphasis on inspired) will probably remain as dream sequences. So, yeah. It's like saying that BvS is a straight up adaption of TDKR, just because it features some scenes from it. There's a difference.

I just find it funny that after getting info from an insider, after seeing scans, after having both storylines analyzed, you still stick to your story. I just find it peculiar, is all... Besides, why so salty? There's no need for profanities. You can get your point across without resorting to them. But eh, your posts your words...

Look "bruh", I've got all of Injustice and Earth-2 plus annuals, extras and whatnot in my comics folder. I can give you as many scans as you want. In contrast to you, I've actually read and can comment on them, and differentiate between a straight-up adaptation and just some visual cues. But hey, more power to you if you believe that this is 100% Injustice...

Has he been able to confirm what story they are indeed adapting . I suspect superman returns with 4 imposter supermen some variation of that along with a Braniac intro.

Here's Irish's post:

From what I'm gathering, the Knightmare sequence in an alt-U (Flash's) where Superma turned evil, and the world has been devastated by Darkseid. The only Injustice-inspired thing in the whole sequence are his soldiers. Everything else, from the destroyed world to the Darkseid connection, have nothing to do with Injustice. At all... But hey, why accept scans and a breakdown when you can just call others "bruh", even when you don't have a clear understanding of the matter at hand.

The Knightmare sequence seems to be the "stinger" of BvS & it implies an INJUSTICE-based JLA movie. Like INJUSTICE, Superman takes over as a world dictator after Lois is killed and Metropolis is destroyed. Batman, who Supes blames for Lois' death, leads a band of resistance fighters to try and bring him down. The question is will we arrive at this Knightmare sequence in JLA1 or JLA2?

My guess is Part II.

The biggest change from INJUSTICE would be the addition of Darkseid which I think Supes will ally with seeing that both their goals are similar enough (control over the human race).

Flash's suit in his warning to Bruce also resembles the armor suit he wears in INJUSTICE.

Re: Justice League-Parts 1 & 2 (2017 and 2019)

I really hope it's not going to be inspired by Injustice. Im really tired of Superman not being treated as a good guy. Already, WB, Snyder and DC seem to hate or at best, not to know what to do with Supes, but to tarnish him even more, that would be the last straw... :(
