So if they do make a Justice League movie who will be the main character with most screentime & who the films is anchored around?

Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman, with likely Batman helming the relateable aspect being the only one without powers.

It will probly be either Superman or Batman but what they really should do is have the film anchored around everyone, mabey not equal screentime but each character should play a very key role in the story going on. Speaking as a massive Superman & Batman fan it would be nice if mabey WW or the flash got some big moments since they really havnt had there "time to shine" in the movies yet.

Oooh, head to head superteam vs. Thanos/Darkseid movies. Too bad for WB that A2 will have May locked as a release date and they'll look like the johnny-come-latelies.

Bad move. Darkseid is the top of the totem pole. There's no place to go up from there. Not a baddie they should have used for the first film.

Nolan's Batman films made the same mistake using Joker in the second film. You just can't follow Joker with Bane.

Darkseid is the biggest badass in the DC universe. What do you do for JLA2?

Avengers is actually not having the same main villain for A1 and A2, but that's kind of where JL will have to go. We're talking team movies, not solo.

That argument's too complex for him to understand, despite us mentioning it repeatedly in the ASM and X-Men threads. :lol

I suppose they could use the Legion of Doom in JLA2.

Loki has an advantage where he's a wildcard. He could turn into a good guy in the next Thor movie. I rather hope he does.

At the same time I hope BW turns against the team in Avengers 2. It would be true to her character to sell them out at some point.

I just don't see where they can do that kind of character in a JLA film.

No, she couldn't hold a movie on her own. But she could join a team of baddies.

With essentially Hawkeye doing that this movie, you don't think that would seem too contrived for Widow to do the same in the sequel? Honestly, if something like that is gonna happen, it'll happen in Cap 2 since it'll likely deal with Russia, focusing on Winter Soldier. Then she'll redeem herself by or in Avengers 2 if not by the end of Cap 2.

That could really work if they actually followed through and spun off individual movies from the first JL.

I know that's what you meant but I couldn't resist carrying on as if you didn't. :D

:lsvader

Maybe, but it would be different that BW has it in her nature to double cross and Hawkeye was under Loki's influence.

For instance I could see her handing over a SHEILD dossier of Banner's weaknesses to a bad guy if she thought she could keep her fingerprints off the deed.

THIS is a very cool idea. Maybe they could have her being one of the Russian soldiers who find Bucky after he fell. It would also give them a chance to explain Widows abilities and how she's really about 90 years old.
