Yeah, that's a good idea. Doing Rocco's sculpts early is always fun, because you usually don't have lots of other painted references and you just don't know how much life you might be able to breathe into them. I'm not sure what I want to do about eye position yet. . .what are you thinking of doing GB?

I'm honestly just going straight forward with the eyes... I toyed with looking to the side (and one of them may end up being that way) but I think with the sculpt it will look better facing forward. Also, that just always seems to work better overall for different poses, etc.

I opened this picture in Paint and tested some different eye positions with a black dot, and based on that I think the Keaton/BJ likeness pops most when he's looking down. But I'm also thinking I'll make him look straight on.

Walter could still be modified a bit (change the color of the hair a bit, add the calves, try to get the shirt a bit greener), but I'm not sure when I'll get around to it.

Thanks guys. One of my favorite movies. Walter is such a tough bash because of his size. Now I just need someone to do sculpts of Donnie and the Jesus. . .and maybe the nihilists :lol

Great walter would love to see this version.
If you can get a 1/6 ferrari;)

Love that scene. That look may be a possibility because there are some historical fat guys (from the military and politics) that have had suits tailored to them. Not sure if any of them are as fat as Rocco's Walter though.

Making some progress on my Beetlejuice. Hair is kind of a ***** to apply, and I really would have preferred sculpted hair, but. . .pretty cool now that I've got it on there. Probably needs a bit more trimming, but I want to put some hair spray in there first and do some styling to see how it looks. Easier to trim than to add more later. But I also kind of like how he looks even more nuts with the longer, crazier hair :lol

I just put some water on mine and started "styling" it a bit (I cannot believe I am doing all this with my dolly, by the way--I've got to be half a step from becoming a full-blown Barbie collector :lol ). Does make a tremendous improvement IMO. We'll see if it holds, or if I'll need to *sigh* apply some kind of styling gel material or whatever. I think my keeping it long was a good idea, as this is looking the way I want it to, at least on the sides.
