The returns figure looks great, definately gonna order it soon. Don't know if i should wait for the modifications Shawn talked about, atleast i though i read that somewhere.

He did mention modifications.
For starters, the emblem on his chest is the BATMAN (1989) version, not the Batman Returns emblem.
Even though, I can understand the mix-up, as there are images of the prototype Batman Returns suit with the 1989 emblem attached out there.

Exchangeable open hands would be a pretty cool.
The chest "shades" could use some refining touches.
As for the cowl/ mask, I would prefer the sturdy material over the articulated rubber.
So please do keep that other versions headsculpt available, Shawn!

I was talking about this figure specifically.
From a certain point of view, it was accurate, as mentioned in my previous post.
Here's a picture.

I know Shawn has since used accurate emblems.

yeah shawn's returns fig rocks. can't wait to order one after the modifications. i think it looks pretty good right now. slightly more rounded armour boobies, and the ridges a little flatter and narrower on the abdomen would just nail it (henry wayne's armour on his returns version was perfect but the boobies look a bit too rounded, he must have been watching a dolly parton music video or something when he was sculpting it). everything else is incredible on shawn's. have to agree with the non rubber head also. the head as it is now looks so lifelike and the paint is incredible.

I also got Shawn's Returns figures several years ago and I think there are
3 versions :-

V1 which has a thinner more accurate armor I think :-

V2 is the one I got which has the 89 bat emblem :-

V3 is same as V2 but with correct Returns bat emblem.

Shawn's figures are really amazing and if he is going to make another
Returns figure with the V1 armor I will definitely get one again.

(Shawn - Pls correct if above is not right thanks)

** These will hopefully ship sooner than stated. I ordered a new batch of rubber today. The company uses UPS so it's kinda slow to arrive. I added a couple days' wiggle room for that.

same here. essentially we are getting a v4.1. so i'm very excited to see what the latest minor tweeking has produced. it's been a long long wait but i can wait a little longer knowing what quality i'm gonna eventually get.
