Again the line of thinking and exploiting the massive multiverse is a new Direction so using the past to predict the future is pointless.. They fired all the old people (The past) that constantly meddled with movies like KK in disney star wars. They are doing the best thing possible bringing back the loved burton bats because people want to see it, they dont want to see batman killing people right. This rebranding and new direction open up infinite possibilities for storytelling and new movies and doesnt back them in a corner with one batman or one superman. They can bring back batman that were loved and incorporate them into new stories. Its actually a very smart move

So multiverse has been used before ok cool i must have missed all those films. My bad i forgot this was a dc thread where people think they are Cool to bash dc or be negative nancies or karens about everyhting even when you make dumb comments like using the past to predict the future. What past are you picking, onviously not the nolan bats or the keaton bats your bashing based on a 3 year period when warner dc division was being run by morons that no longer work there. Lighten up read your last post, didnt seem very lite. All i did was say this was a new direction and could be good and you revert back to the same ole lynch mob mentality of dc sucks. The past (lol 3 years of dc) and that all of the past forget all the good stuff right

I didnt dish into anyone, nor do i care i simply responded to your erroneous statement that the past predicts the future.. cept You have a biased hatred toward dc if want to have a open discusion fine buts its impossible if with you being biased already. Same **** happens with star wars i get it. I have no hope for any new star wars movies being good as long as kk is in charge, but you cant compare that too dc cause they fired all those ****s while disney didnt

I have but not when past is dead and burried. Nobody who was in charge of dc films during the trainwreck of justice league still works there, using the past is compeltely dumb. If they were still in charge yes i can see that. Its like trump weather you like him or hate him his past actions are pretty good indicator of what he will do in the future. When trump is replace by a new president trumps past actuons give you no insight into the new presidents actions. Past is only reasonable basis for predicting the future if there are no major changes

I'm more interested in the merchandise these days. I don't expect much from big budget films or old iconic characters coming back, but if it means new merchandise, I'll take it.

As for Flash, I like comic and cartoon Flash. I hated the JL flash. I hate the costume and the actor. He can't even run properly.

I?m glad whoever was in charge of the first batch of DCEU films got fired if that?s true. Hiring Snyder, then kicking him out and trying to be like marvel was stupid. I hate the Snyder verse but atleast the man knew what he wanted

I'm sure HT will make old man Keaton in costume, assuming he wears one in the film. Then again, I'm still waiting for my HT Phoenix Joker, so what do I know? Nothing.

Yes thats what they though but he was a complete *******, controlling, difficult to work with, And again only wanted his comic arc stories told so he could make more money. It was his idea to try the marvelfication of dc, he thought bringing whedon in would just make all the marvel fans love dc movies and he could sell them all his scripts. He is reason why ben affleck left, he compeltely tore up his batman story to the point ben wanted out. All he does now is write screenplay for cw stargirl, he went from president of dc films to writing screenplay for a cw show nobody watches. He literally ruined the dceu justice league, batman vs superman, suicide squad and the end of wonder woman. Man of steel was the only movie he didnt **** with. Patry jenkins and snyder had to fight hard to keep the no mans land scene in the movie, johns wanted it cut.
