Wow I'm not a fan of the paint there at all. It just looks super cheap to me and looks more like a plastic shield.

looks just as good as any other manufactured shield.

You are right. They may be getting close to getting their final numbers ready so they removed it from the site to get inventory.

I was just looking to PO the scepter myself, but on BBTS it says Sold out Does anyone know if there is anywhere else to order from?

I emailed them to see what's going on. As soon as they respond I'll let everyone know. I'm assuming it's so they get their final numbers of what they will be receiving.

Unlicensed replicas aside since those aren't manufactured (they're hand-made), the only other manufactured shield out there is eFX, and eFX's paint is CLEARLY much more accurate to the movie fiberglass shields. KA shields are metal but fall short of what a metal Cap shield is supposed to look like, and it's a shame because it really looks like it fell short during the painting stages, based on the photos of the shield blanks.

The red's too dark and they shouldn't have put a matte finish on the aluminum rings.

Well only in hand photos will tell for sure but I like what I see thus far.

XM is for the high rollers! Lol congrats though man they seem to get pre ordered instantly. Good luck with the move. I moved 4 times in the last two years and it was NOT exciting.

Midtown comics has it for PO still albeit more expensive.
