I've missed a few lately picking the wrong parts. Just not reading a couple of these people right. I think getting in too much of a hurry. Trying to find enough evidence at a scene to start asking questions is a blast.
That is absolutely the key. You have to take your time, analyze (and re-analyze) all of the evidence and circumstances and go through all of the possible scenarios before going into questioning. And then you may have to recalculate it all depending on how a question is answered.I've missed a few lately picking the wrong parts. Just not reading a couple of these people right. Also, certain character types obviously respond differently to the tone of your questioning whether they are honest or lying.
Anyone looking for a copy of this game shoot me a PM i have one for sale with an unused case code.
Going for a game this week , not sure if I should get this or Mortal Kombat. Seems most reviewers really like this one but I've read a few places now it has problems and tends to get boring. Hm.
it looks alot like Mafia II and Godfather games mixed together. .
Hmm 20 hours... So if i call in sick on Friday...7 hours a day Marathon weekend....hmm.Doesnt sound practicable.
Maybe eat something at a diner / a freaking donut , something
You can free roam as you can drive all over the place and check out stuff or do random calls over the mic.
The city it nice, but you can't do anything to anyone. No punching, no shooting, you can't even run them over. They jump out of the way at the last second or just get right back up.

I think some people were expecting Mafia 2 when they picked up L.A. Noire. Or an entirely different game altogether. I understand that the idea of inhabiting an open world (in this case, L.A.) creates in some players the desire to experiment and kill stuff, but like Josh said those violent activities towards the innocent would stand as a contradiction to who Cole is.
That being said I do wish there was more stuff to do outside of the main cases and street crime-fighting.
I killed a cop, a pedestrian and my partner (you get a game over when you kill the partner though). It takes about 10 minutes because they keep moving out of the way at the last second. The key is to be driving on a long stretch of road, driving as fast as you can.
If you try hard enough you can pin them down and they won't get back up. You know they're dead when blood is on the cement/pavement.
As a cop why would you want to go around just killing folks? Makes sense for say Red Dead or GTA not so much for a cop game. You can take folks out with a car though. Chasing folks down I've taken out a couple and gotten the warning screen popping up.
Anyone ever play Scarface: The World is Yours? I always loved trying to kill civilians only to have Tony Montana scold himself and have some philosophical reason as to why he won't kill them.
"I don't need dat ____ in my life."
"If I shoot dis one I go straight to hell."
"I only kill people dumb enough to ____ with me"
