Looks fun. Bastards are still stingy with showing him...but more of a moneyshot at the end this time. Some of these CGI shots look awful. But should be a fun movie.

This looks phenomenal. That trailer was awesome. I still think the secrecy is a bit ridiculous, but I think the empire cover the other day kind of eased my agitation with the quick glimpse in the trailer.:lol

The giant skeleton was intriguing. Another Godzilla perhaps?

To, the nuclear tests were a cover-up of an effort to kill Godzilla. Guess it failed lol.

Seems like Godzilla makes his way across the country since he ends up in NYC.

The Muto gets some screen time..obviously all the jets falling was from him/her/it.

I don't know what they were in at the end when they closed the door on Godzilla, but he didn't look very big. He looked huge in the shot with the flares and the the aircraft carrier.

That trailer was freaking awesome, so many questions have to be asked now, specifically what was the giant skeleton they were standing in? Anyways I feel bad for everyone that wanted a big money shot of godzilla and just got more teases.

I was expecting a money shot of Godzilla. This is 2014 we are in and people expect to be spoonfed cool stuff so that it gets them interested in the movie.:lol

I just don't get the rationale. You have now shown pretty much each part of his body. All the figures and promo art that has been leaked is no longer a secret. You might as well give the trailer a proper money shot. But if they are tying this film into the first one somehow (and it works), it's even cooler.

But, dang, I cannot be the only one that noticed that the CGI is shoddy. Each clip they showed him coming out of the water did not look very impressive.

Who's doing the FX for this?

Godzilla is TOO big to get fully in the shot! The scene with his head... he must have been 5 miles away.

He was really far away, it looks like maybe it was a shot from inside a bunker or something as they close the door with Godzilla off in the distance

Even though I agree I don't think it'll detract from the over all movie. I'm not sure if it's the CGI or the angle of the shot but they did lack a certain epicness to some of these shots. But what really matters is it seems the tone of the film has been nailed, nature is sending a message and we have every reason to fear for the future of mankind. The Muto also looks like it's going to be freaking awesome, did anyone notice it looks like it's leg was glowing in that shot towards the end?
