Marvel's The Black Panther

That would be silly, as it is a very good movie. But it's not "OMG THE BEST THING EVER" either, which I've seen.

It's a very good Marvel movie, that is a bit unique in some parts, and a bit the same in some parts. The first 1/2 > Last half IMO.

It has flaws, but is good overall.

The sad thing is that if you make any criticism of this movie, then you must be a racist. Can't be honest or you will be berated.

I don't understand how people can seriously prefer Ragnarok over Thor 1. I can see why people argue Thor 1 is mediocre but I find it a far superior movie to the last one in almost every way. Plus I love the musical score and the atmosphere of Asgard, whereas the Asgard in Ragnarok looked like a discount version of Thor 1's Asgard.

I have no emotional investment in the Thor character. Maybe had 1 or 2 comics of him as a kid.

So the "where hast thine foe gone" stuff......nah.

Ragnorok was a fun popcorn flick. Yes the humor was a bit much sometimes, but it was fun overall.

(just explaining why I like it best. I can understand why Thor fans would hate it - see me & TLJ)

I think part of my beef with Ragnarok is that I just had a bad theatre experience for reasons unrelated to the movie. I'm looking forward to owning the Blu-ray as I'm sure viewing it from the comfort of my own home will be much more enjoyable as a turn my brain off popcorn movie, as opposed to the stuffy movie theatre... Plus I'm a big Loki fan at heart and always enjoy him.

I liked it a lot actually. Not too 5 for me but very decent film. Great acting. CGI wasn’t very good at times. Definitely think Killmonger was OK but not nearly as good of a villain as some are saying. He was better than the dark elves
