Darren's is most definitely the best.

I'll look for this guy when the price comes down considerably-- Like I said earlier, size won't be an issue when he's posed with my Medi ROTJ Vader.

If anyone gets him soon please post pics.

I agree Darren Carnall scupt is awesome but Pauls sculpt is a great alternative if you didnt get the apportunity to pick on of Darren's sculpts..

I have one of Darren's Anakin sculpts (and painted by him--woohoo!) so the sculpt of the Medicom Anakin is a step down from what I already have. I do think it looks a lot better than the factory sideshow sculpt. However, even though I already have a pretty nice Anakin figure, I think the uniform looks so nice on this one that if I ever find one for about $80-100, I will pick it up.

Outfit does look excellent. Trying to stay away from prequel stuff though.

As I recall it was the actual figure on display at the medicom shop in tokyo. BUt dont quote me on that.

I love collecting Medi but the figure seem easily break
especially the Hand ( Arm Part) And very hard to get replacement parts.
My Boba, Jango and Maul got the same problem.
Am thinking of giving up on Medi figure. sorry to say with these quality is not worth paying that much. Etc Crapy Plastic Stand. low quality and effortless. SS and HT did way much better then this. So will def not going for this Anakin and the Han solo.

I don't have such problem with HT figure and parts are more easy to get.
I really hope HT will able to get the SW licence.

lestrooper, the quality of the Medicom's figures have really gotten better in the past year - they have gone to a similar plastic as the Hot Toys body. Making the body less brittle and more durable.
