I think both Medi and SSC Maul have their highs and lows, and I'm really digging another badass Maul. I think part of the bobblehead effect is caused by the style of the Medi neck for articulation. Ultimately, with proper futzing on the clothes this figure should look fantastic, now enough pictures, we need an order/release date

I loved it at preview, I loved it on arrival, I've loved it since, and will love it even when I get Medi Maul, I'm a Maul nut so anything great to do with him I buy up. My opinion of SSC eyes often differs from most people's; I've never felt their eyes look stoned or lifeless, and I don't think Maul's do either, I think the overall expression and paint apps on the SSC face is a more neutral look reminescent of Coruscant meeting with Sidious and his relaxed moments on Tattooine and Naboo, and the Medi Maul more captures his dueling moments, which understandably, most people want, and given prices of figures, I can understand not wanting a collection full of the same character and seeking out a definitive version for your expectations. Me, I collect things that I can afford and look good to me and give me a vibe that I'll really enjoy having them in my collection, and Medi Maul fits in those ranks with Jango and Boba.

No doubt that sculpt is great. I especially like the raised eyes; gives him that Maul attitude.

Maybe if this figure is a bit of a bobblehead then the sculpt would work for a swap on the SS Maul.
