About the same. Maybe slightly lighter. He definitely doesn't have that sturdy feel to him that he should.

Bummer. Wonder if they spent so much getting R2 together that they just overpriced 3PO to match. It's a shame they didn't just build 3PO on the RAH. It would've justified the price a bit more. Given he's so thinly rotocast, it kinda seems like they should've just offered the duo for $300 as a 2fer.

Agreed. IMO almost a paper mache (but with plastic) feel. It doesn't feel like any other 1/6th I own (very hollow).

That said, it looks REALLY good on the shelf. I have zero regrets with the purchase at the price I paid for it. Great addition to the collection :clap

Dayum! That's the cheapest they'll ever be in the UK. I'd talked myself out of getting them due to prohibitive import costs, but that's sorely tempting...

aaaarrrgggghhhh:gah:

edit; caved in and bought it

Hi Darthgothikus, can you post some pictures of Medi C3PO side by side with Taito R2?

I was thinking of getting a C3PO. Thanks :wave

Try to sort some out later on but meanwhile I'd Say Taito is way too big to partner Medi 3PO!

To be honest a Hasbro R2 Looks perfect next to Medi 3PO

and the Taito R2 looks better proportioned with a Hasbro 3PO

In my opinion

Sorry about the crappy iPhone pictures iceberg, but you get a feel for scale...
