In need of a little help guys...
I just received my play arts kai solid snake figure. Absolutely love it! But during the packaging and production of the figure it looks like there was a slight mastake. If this makes sense, my figure actually has two right shoulder pads. So the left shoulder pad is incorrect. Looking at various pictures online, it's clear that both the right and left shoulder pads are completely different sculpts.
It's a long shot, but can anyone point me in the right direction for customer support to replace the left shoulder pad for my solid snake figure?

Hot Toys Community reported on their Facebook page, that the poll results for the Hot Toys MGS figures are now available. Since we don't have an official Hot Toys MGS thread anymore, I'll just post it in here.

Raiden (MGS 4) : 39%
Solid Snake (MGS 2) : 25%
Gray Fox : 17%
Raging Raven : 10%
Ocelot (MGS 4) : 9%
It's surprising that MGS 4 Raiden beat out MGS 2 Solid Snake. Snake is a given anyway. In any case, the poll shouldn't be taken seriously, as its only purpose was to build hype for the line. But, I'd much rather have a Rising version of Raiden instead of MGS 4 Raiden.

Im very surprised about that one too. But we've seen that these polls don't mean ____, the good thing about it at least was that its a confirmation of more figs coming.

Even tho it's not their field?! Medicom have already done a great job.
Anyway this is just a fan poll - don't expect anything.
I really hope they don't follow through with the Raiden figure. I don't want two of them, at least not yet. So a 1/6 that has not already been done first.
I originally went for Gray Fox but I'm leaning toward the Solid Snake figure now.

Same here. I was honestly expecting Raging Raven to be last. No idea what that's all about. I guess Japan can still surprise me now and again
.I don't want a Hot Toys MGS 4 Raiden figure either, because I already own the Medicom one that's carrying some serious value right now
.I'd love to see a whole entire line of MGS 1 and MGS 2 figures to tell you the truth. Here's hoping for Gray Fox and Solid Snake (MGS 1 and MGS 2 Snake)

I see your analogy but I do hope they make Raiden lol. many of us dont like the medicom, while many can't afford it neither. So it would be a good thing for MGS fans and a bad thing for scalpers LOL
