But you didn't state it as YOUR personal opinion, you tried to imply that our opinions were somehow wrong because we said the series can do without PW, which it could. It was ALWAYS developed as a side story to the Big Boss story. Every Big Boss game is effectively a side story to the games ORIGINAL story and most importantly MAIN character Solid Snake

Damn right, but now the series has been hijacked by Big Boss and idiots like Gaspar.
I'm in the USA, I'm not sure on shipping rates but I'm sure it would cost at least double the standard here to mail it to the UK. Like I said as long as it's a good quality paint job I don't mind.

I will order some of those Gundam bases tonight probably but the seller is away until the 17th

I Never implied your opinions were wrong.
Do I need to state it as my opinion? It's obviously my opinion, everything that is bounded to taste is an opinion, you can hate on PW as much as you want, I'm ok with it, what it is a false statement and not an opinion is to call every big boss game a side story when it's the predecessor to everything and Solid Snake is not the "main" character of the series, each game has it's own main character between Solid and Big boss, the fact that GZ's and the possible MGS5 have Big Boss as protagonist debates with your idea of Solid Snake being the main character of the franchise.

I got my Koto REX last night, took everything out and it looks like it's going to be beautiful when it's fully assembled and painted! Moving into my first house this week so I can FINALLY set everything up how I want it.
The box is in really good condition with just a little indentation from shipping. "Collector Grade" wasn't available when I PO'd it, but I'm wondering what do they do different for the CG to keep that from happening?

Yeah, I'm in NYC. The city was spared from the brunt of the storm, but the surrounding areas including Long Island had it bad - really bad. There's like three feet of snow and ice on my college campus (Stony Brook University). Recovery and clean up is very slow and they still decided to hold classes today
.But yeah, Koto REX should be an easy build. It's painting the camo though, that has me the most concerned. I'm gonna order a few bases myself!
Sorry to hear about the dent, man. I think for collectors grade, BBTS places the item in a clear, sealed bag before boxing it for shipment. Of course, whether you receive a package in good condition or not, always depends on how UPS/Fed EX decides to handle it

I'm sorry for the dumb question, but do you need glue for the Koto Rex? This kit was always outside my radar but now I'm seriously considering it since my acrylic painting skills have improved greatly over the months.
