Whats watting? Are you honing electricity now? THATS EPIC!!!!!!!

probably OMW to do something great, again.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

That is one weird *** way to release a game, I wonder if PP will be another half price or full price.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

well gaspar, they said that GZ was only going to be a 2 area game. it makes sense that it would be $30. releasing it as a DL is kinda cool i guess. TPP was to be the real game. maybe GZ is the prequel that opens us up to the full game.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Yeah I guess it's cool, my problem now is to decide if I want to pay for the upgraded ps4 version, or just play it on my ps3, I don't plan to buy the ps4 until a substantial amount of good games is out.

Decision, decisions.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

im not getting my ps4 til around my b-day in march. i have my mind made up and will buy it for myself then. i dont think i will play GZ til then. i think though that seeing everyone else playing hype and all the spoiler tags will break me down, if i can even get a ps4 earlier. i will NEVER pay a scalper price on a psANYTHING.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Yup, me neither.

Yeah it's tough to not be playing a game when everybody else is :lol That's what I'm going through with Arkham origins.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

reminds me of how they released final fantasy dissidia prologus... i wonder if we get to carry over stuff we do in gz to pp

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I plan on getting this for ps4. I hope it won’t be long befre you can just walk into a store and purchase a ps4.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

I'm surprised by the amount of people complaining that this is releasing separately from TPP. We get to play this in a few months where as, I expect, the full game to come out in Winter 2014!

Stop whining!

I don't mind that they're releasing this first but I don't like the pricing. If ground zeroes is just a small fraction of the tpp then no way should it cost 30 dollars. Either way I'm going to buy it.

Re: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

It's so odd that Konami has opted to release this as a DLC. I think I'll hold out for a physical release on Blu Ray, instead.

After the stunt they pulled with MG rising i do hope this becomes a free DLC eventually when the main game comes. But id probably get this on the release day cause i wont be able to wait that long (if ever)

I still can't believe that those Rising DLCs are now free :thud:. I'm glad that I didn't buy them, but the folks who did, must have felt like they got gypped by Konami.

I guess it's a personal preference, but I like having physical items that I can display on a shelf and show off :lol. So, I think I'll just wait until the entire game gets released, and then purchase it as a completed package. I also find it pretty annoying that Kojima has opted to release MGS V in separate installments.

That is, if you had a shelf.. :lecture
