Well, a few people here have said that heard Hayter's "huh?" from Ground Zeroes. It seems odd and I don't believe it (why not have him voice the entire thing, if that's the case?). So, I just sent him a message on Twitter for clarification.

lol I just cleared that mission with rank S and I never noticed that btw are you playing this on ps3? so far I like all the missions the one I like less is the Jamais Vu mission, I just cleared that one with Rank S but I'll never play that again
