Definitely. The return of the knocking (in a broader/more realistically flexible way), cardboard box, and the comical nature of the new Fulton Recovery has me hyped up. Combine all those elements with GZ's fluid gameplay mechanics and I'm definitely keen to play this even more so than before.

I'm sure we'll get something but nothing compared to what Japan gets.

Kojima hinted at a themed console. And I imagine some version will come with the Play Arts Kai Venom/Punished Snake. Whatever the special edition, I hope it is available in the US.

The picture of the Metal Gears comparison has been posted right? Is it me or Ray is not suppused to be taller than Rex? In MGS4 Ray seems sightly shorter as far as I remember

PAK already teased Big Boss and Skullface It would be nice if the special edition comes with both of them, btw I hope they are making Eli aswell

Konami might be releasing that 30 minute demo for the public to see either later today or tomorrow.

That's hilarious! I also love how the pony tail looks in that pic. I just hope Kojima doesn't go too far with the humor, where we have to use horse poop as camo! I'm going to read that preview. Thanks!

It can no longer be said MGSV is devoid of humor, it dives in dark topics as well as it reaches the same characteristic levity the franchise is known for, plus returning two small but iconic features, it's the MGS we all know not to mention the crazy ass characters.

It seems now that GZ was nothing but a pale ploy to reimburse the cost of the FOX engine at the dangerous expense of some division between the fans.

Pretty much, I enjoyed the hell out of GZ, but I think Kojima purposely left out some features that he’s claiming he put back in TPP because of fan feedback to basically justify releasing GZ. I seriously doubt they added all those features after fan feedback, either way TPP is shaping up to be perfect, but I am nervous that these older features might cause some tonal inconsistency with the darker story.
