It's just handcuffs. Starting from the seated position to the crouch pose, her hands did not move and she took them off with her "power".

She’s definitely not as bad as those MGS3 bosses, I’m just a bit disappointed because I was hoping for a little bit of a more realistic MGS game, but those powers are pretty much in line with the series, we’ve had weirder characters than her with far more extravagant special abilities.

Vamp was terrible, along with Fatman, The Pain, Dirty Duck etc….

Kojima is definitely hit and miss when it comes to developing the bosses for each game.

It's obviously not teleportation, as it's not instant, and you can see the sound wave she made when she landed, it's just invisibility, maybe that's where the optic camouflage comes from, from Quiet.

It looks freaking amazing though, and I can tell Quiet is going to be a badass, couldn't care less about the clothing "controversy", her design is great.

And when she gets her eyes all dark, that **** was intimidating.

With the ugly ass design choices in Arkham Knight, I'm definitely more excited for MGSV now.

When he wants to make a memorable bosses he creates characters like Liquid or The Boss, when he feels like adding campy and post modern stuff he makes bosses like The Pain and Vamp, the dude knows what he is doing

With the ugly ass design choices in Arkham Knight, I'm definitely more excited for MGSV now.

I hope we can actually play as Quiet, that'd be nice

I actually love Fatman, he's a whimsical crazy mofo and his design was great, more so in the original Shinkawa.

He makes rollerblades look cool.
