I don't think Kojima even cares for the canon. To him, MGS has always been a means to an end - to test out new gaming engines and whatever weird themes he has up his sleeve.

I'd honestly like to see David Hayter script a MGS storyline .

Maybe not young Snake, but maybe on the cusp looking old with a little grey in his hair. Not full on nursing home **** your pants Old Snake.

He's only 35 during the Tanker incident, and can easily past for 40+.

Collectors edition looks okay, I'll probably get it.

Box art looks terrible but I don't care much about those things anyway, as long as the game is good I'm happy.
