so I just saw this video while watching another news program. unfortunately, can't embed video from TMZ and everything on youtube is douchebags giving commentary over the original video, so link is all I can offer.

The reason why she allowed anyone to film her, being as popular as she is, just shows how young she still is. Lot of growing up to do, starting with don't allow anyone to film you taking huge bong hits.

I'm glad the camera phone wasn't invented when I was in my college keg party years.

She's getting too old to use the I'm too young excuse anymore. Personally, it doesn't bother me at all what she's doing. She's going to have to question who her friends are that film her like this though. And who's got her back? My goodness, she doesn't have anyone to keep her out of messes like this?
 
Obviously, not earth shattering news, I just think it's interesting that these young celebrities are still stupid enough to have themselves filmed. Party all you want, just don't video tape it.

I know Hanna Montana is annoying and everything, but I thought she had a better business head on her shoulders. This image can't help her career or image. Is she really that stupid?



And what the heck is Salvia?

I think all Disney girls feel a need to prove themselves to the Hollywood party scene. It wouldn't surprise me if she let it happen. Peer pressure is a whore.
 
I think there was a strong chance that she was ripping salvia. The way she just started rambling absolute nonsense leads me to think that. It must suck having to be constantly worried about who is around you. I just wonder if the scumbag that sold the vid was a so-called "friend."
 
I've seen people use Salvia , it basically spaces you out for about 2-3 minutes and you don't seem to know who anybody is or where you are and then you start to come around again.
There are thousands of videos on youtube of people using it and funnily enough most of them are grown men and women.
Never tried it myself and never will.
I suppose this is a big thing because of who is using it but with it being legal most people who are taking illegal and legal drugs barely mention it , I'd say there were worse legal ones , some of which were recently banned here since a few people died. I've been to some partys and people are passing out and asking for ketamine like it's nothing which is illegal and that really messes you up judging from what I've seen.
