The 43 is a repaint. The mark 3 is a new figure. That's why one is quicker.

As for the ab thing. I really don't see anything changing. The first one didn't have it. Wasn't a big issue. They would need a complete redesign. For such a small change. Financially I don't see it worth it.

I have a feeling they'll add it. The figure is super simple and they've always added the latest articulation when releasing a new Iron Man figure. Even StarBoost got an impressive range in articulation in the arms when it was released compared to it's proto.

I don't see them adding anything more. With starboost, it had exactly what the description stated it would. They don't always add every new feature to every new figure. Starboost has an ab art that the 42 and 43 don't. That most the others don't in fact. The mk3 has the removable plates. That's the feature/gimmick they advertised and promoted. You could not due the full ab art with those on, so like I said it would take a full redesign. Why would they go thru all that after selling it as it was/is? There may be some ab art we don't know see because we have not seen the full production release. But to count/bet/hope on them to add something you do not think is on the proto, that they have not put in the description...it's not really a good bet. Once that figure goes up for order they are not doing any major design changes. Minor, ones all the time. Tweaks due to production issues or what not. But a full on revamp of what was touted as a key feature? Not likely.

Um wut? :cuckoo:

He said he had a feeling HT would include the ab articulation, that was it. :lol

Yes its the 'Proof Tony Stark has a heart' case.

I am still hoping that movie logo is an included decal instead of it being already applied or a paint app.

Probably not, but I want it to be! Still considering the IM3 accessories set which would look at home there (even better if I could get a hold of the one from the IM2 element creation figure) but the label takes away from the diorama in a way a figure stand baseplate doesn't!
