Perhaps it will be a hole on the iris and a small tool to move them around, with having to go 'into' the head.

Unless it's a radically different setup than Joker, this notion couldn't really work, Joker's eyes are so tight, even with the controller you need a little push to get them moving, a pin tiny enough to pop into the eye but not so big the eye looks goofy will never have the leverage to move them, unless the internal workings are made looser than Joker.

Oh I understand how it would not work with the exact current set up. Just throwing out an idea how it could be done, with some modifications to the system.

I think it's what most of us figured on before we saw the first glimpse at the controller.

Hopefully, it'll only be another month or so before we find out. I was fine waiting on this guy until I got Joker, but now Joker's stepped up that part of my TDK collection so much, the subpar Batman needs to get replaced too, I almost don't even want to photograph DX Joker with v1 Batman

You really think it may only be another month or so?

That would be awesome, but a little optimistic for me. I am guessing March/April.

Toys 2 has him listed at Jan/Feb, I think that could be realistic, other than the PERS, unless they make further changes to the figure, most of his gear and features are just standards for HT, they've been doing light up eyes for years, they've already done 2 Batmans with the rubber suit setup they've done, can't imagine the sticky gun being too complex, I think Batman can be on time.

I guess, but how accurate are Toys2 normally?

The specs only have him as a Q1 release, so that could be the end of March and still on time.

Toys 2 is accurrate to what HT tells them. When DX Joker was delayed they updated their release info, I trust them, and they're one of the first to get HT figures outside of the local HK dealers.

I'm thinking maybe mid-late January for HK, with mid-late February for outside of the HK.

DC shipments are projected for May.

This one is a big PASS for me. Maybe I'll pick up the sticky bomb gun on ebay for my TDK suit bats. Sticky bomb gun - it's funny cuz it sounds wrong.

I'm glad it isn't til May for the DCD shipment,gimme time to recover frrom the first DX,while simultaneously spending my money on video games and comics.

Indeed. I had almost forgotten about this guy amidst all the Joker madness - looks good, especially the shot on the top left.

Other than possible battery contact issues, I wouldn't expect it, HT's been using lights in their figurs for years, they know what they're doing. Some folks might encounter issues but the figure won't be plauged with them, working right will be the norm.

All old shots yes, but perhaps this signifies he is well on track and will be early 2010.

Hopefully, I think I'll have even more fun with him than Joker, in terms of photography, Batman's more visually interesting, plus Joker's a challenge to shoot bright enough the colors show but not so bright the white washes out.
