The shoulder pads on the movie suit are actually pretty big:
They slim up when the arms are closer to the body. In the backstage pic the DX Batman's arms are slightly raised and away from the body:
But you can see the shoulder pads are contoured to the arms which means when the arms are flat and closer to the body the entire shape of the pads will flatten out. Looking slimmer and more accurate.
Yup. Cheap rubber.

I still think the MMS version is a good figure.
If I had one I would probably turn it into the Sonar Batman and keep the DX in his normal guise.
Same would go for Medicom, if I had that figure I would (if its possible) make that the Sonar Batman.
You could then sell the heads and other things you have taken of your old figure

I feel the same way, AWESOME NEWS!! and mines all paid for at Toys2 so now just gotta wait and see when I'll be getting him delivered, hope it wont be too long...

I remember how it all began with the TDK V1. It was my first figure ever and it was also around Nov/Dec...

I love the anticipation of getting a new figure too! It's all part of the excitement - the waiting - the knock on the door - opening the box...
I kinda wish this had been released a few days ago though then maybe there would have been a chance of getting this in time for Christmas, but nevermind, I'm still majorly excited to be getting this a lot sooner than expected

Yeah, but just think, when everybody else has the after Christmas blues, we will still have Batman to look forward to
