It's pretty much the exact same base that came with the DX Joker...as far as the measurements go, I honestly have no idea. Best guess is maybe 6 inches x 5 inches?

The figure looks nice. I was up in the air as to which Dark Knight to get, this one or the medicom. After looking at these pics I'm still not 100 % sure which one to get. I can get the medi for a great price, but the MMS comes with a lot of nice stuff.

Well you could always get the Medi and then get the DX accessories off of ebay.

I just got the Joker a few weeks ago. Kind of regret not waiting for the DCD shipment now that it can be had for much less. I think I'll wait for Batman this time.

These pics should hold me over until Spring and I need to appreciate the MMS DX Joker which I just got and my other Hot Toys TDK figures which I've had for about a year or less.

It'll be fun to eventually have Batman though.

crow, hows the cape on DX?

It's not all THAT bad, but it's not great either. Don't like the way it flows, it doesn't drape all that well. Kind of billows out instead of falling realistically. Plus one of the damn snaps came off right out of the box. If you have the means, a custom cape is a must.

Hey crow as crazy as this may sound how would the medicom head look on a dx body. I think my rismo painted and widened head would look great but not sure about the size and color of the cowl compared to tge rest of the armor on the dx. Thanks

Well it's not made of material that's of comparable quality, it actually might be a tad lighter than the black used for the DX armor, so it wouldn't look all that great. I mean it wouldn't look terrible, but the DX armor/cowl has a matte finish on the black areas, and the Medi is much shinier. Your repainted one might look fine, though.

Sonar eyes look really nice here, man I'm going to have fun with this thing. Granted they're too pricey for children, but why couldn't we have toys like this when we were growing up, I would have been off the walls if I was like 7 and had a Batman this cool and true to the film to play with recreating scenes on the living room floor, instead I had 20 Kenner figures that had no resemblance to anything from any movie

You know, as awesome as these are, nothing's ever going to be as cool to me or come close to topping the U.S.S. Flagg. I'll never forget going into the living room Christmas morning and seeing it all set up and ready to be explored. I spent endless hours throwing Chuckles off the top of the damn thing. Stupid Hawaiian shirt.

Figures of this realism have been a dream for me way back to childhood, even at like 7 years old, I wanted action figures that looked just like what was in the movie, I still had fun with the toys I had, but part of me wished, unfortunately the excitement has to be contained now because these aren't the $5 figures I'd get back then, too expensive to get EVERYTHING , but it is all awesome.

That's very true. Kind of funny, though, when I look at the '89 Toy Biz Keaton figure and remember how happy I was with it back then.
