Seriously, your set up reminds me of this great Batman story from the Batman: Black & White graphic novel. In it Batman and Joker are just actors playing parts, and they happen to be really good friends. The story is written by Neil Gaiman. Great read.

Some of the first batch was completely unaffected. Looks like he got a good one. This was due to a bad mold being using which has suspossedly been destroyed now. Batch 2 is susposed to come out in HK next week.

Kill yourself...really.
This whole 1st batch thing has been killed and dissected at nauseam. Not all 1st batches were defected. You can still get a perfectly fine fig. from the '1st batch.'

Where exactly have you heard this, the only official acknowledgement I've seen from Hot Toys is regarding the paint flaking problems.

As for the mold responsible for the screwed of heads, Yeah I read that on Hot Toys facebook page as well that HT has admitted to it and that was destroyed

Well you are tokaing cause you got one in your hands now and are happy with it
I do understand why a lot of ppl were concerned but yeah ppl needed to have some faith and stop the fear mongering and in the end they have to admit that the problems were solved, likely without all the heardship to themselves.... but oh well these same ppl will believe that they were the saviours of all of us as without them going up the wall these problems would not have been resolved but if that is what makes them finally happy so be it
V!C Did you just started this hobby. Count yourself lucky (myself as well). I just bought the HT SWAT 3.0 from 2006 and the gear is great but the face is horrible!! haha
