I saw a bunch of them several weeks ago, I think I even still saw a box behind his counter but better check with if he still has stock to give. Saw it displayed as well, no wonder you guys were talking about how shiny the chrome is

OK based on my posts MJ and Wolverines arrived in mid Dec!!! Which was his last shipment that made it to arrive before Xmas at his customers. Wow time flies by !

My retailer here in Belgium has a first batch arriving on the 5th of February and a second one in June.

Does anyone know if Hot Toys already fixed the problems and if it is ok to get one from this batch arriving in February?

There's no certainty that the problems are fixed for the batch starting to arrive at places like XL shop and Toys2 right now, Hot Toys has said it's been resolved, but until people actually get and open figures from it, we won't know for sure.

According to Hot Toys, the proper fix for the sweaty abdominal armor is, quoting from their e-mail to me, "For the oil leaking problem, you can lightly remove it with your finger."

Of course, I responded with some more pictures of the problem taken 4 hours after I had cleaned it off, and we'll see what they say now.

I also included this picture, which is of the Q-Tips I've used in the past week on the damn thing.

What does that mean? The second batch is out now or will it still be the first batch?

I believe the XL-shop is receiving the 2nd batch or the fixed DX batman as their arrival is long overdue. It was supposed to arrive on the 10th Jan.

I've been talking with Gospel, it would seem the problem was isolated to a section of figures in the first batch supplied to Toy Hunters, not all were affected. There was a problem with the paint used so all were recalled for checking and replacement where needed. I have been reassured that the figures being despatched to foreign countries will be problem free.
The head issue was from a single bad mold which has been destroyed and replaced.
As always if you are unlucky enough to have gotten one of the faulty batch just contact HT customer services through the web-site.

So here's hoping when he finally lands in our grubby little mitts he should be perfectamundo!

Interesting....we'll see if they reply to my email as well. I've decided I'm just not going to mess with it for the time being.
