know what I think. i think the production fell behind (excuse me while I butcher the spelling of this word lol), schudle & HT got desperate to make the dead line. what better way to speed up production than to soak the TTs in oil. that way the slaves...oops I mean "highly paid assyembly workers" can move at lightning speed.

OK I just checked my dry abs replacement DX02 which I had now for a month? I removed the boots and no oil visible. I push up the pants from feet up and I see just a bit of oil covering the TT which I believe is what they use to slip on the pants. Also Lobox42 so to clarify do you have oil residue on the abs?? Really some pictures would greatly help to clarify all the questions you have generated about your figure

Don't be bashful about sending them multiple emails. They sent me a new book, it took a couple emails. They've been notorious for not answering emails. Some people have great things to say about them, others not so much.

DCBS gives you great prices on pre-orders, but the follow-up customer service is somewhat lacking.

I can;t imagine HT is making much money off of this figure. it seems at least 50 percent of them are going back to them. what's most worrisome is that if there are problems after days of owning them... in 3 years when the replacement parts are long since gone and a whole slew of unforseen problems occur we are all going to end up in the same boat with no solutions.

i have all my rubber guy posed totally stiff... but who knows in time what will become of them anyway.

mines arrived from forbiddenplanet.com today! just had a quick peek and looks problem free! first impressions it looks great! the usual "my favourite since the last figure i got" (blade).couple of pics later!

Ah, I decided to cancel one of my bats and order because it said in-stock (goHastings)! You guys better hurry. $119.31 all said and done ($108.00+$11.31 shipping)

This is normal. My TDK OC Batman and Takara Batman figure both have this as well.

Man everytime I see you guys score such great deals I want to move to the US
Either these etailers don't want our business and even then after shipping etc it just ends up being the close to the retail price from Toys2. I am glad I have Toys2 just around my corner but it still hurts everytime I see you guys snatching up these sweet deals you lucky SOBs!!!! these are almost HK retail prices!

It's just the shipping rates here in the U.S. have sky rocketed over the past 6 months. International shipping rates are insane, especially on heavy items. Then if they have to replace something they really take a hit.

You guys had it good! Our shipping rate have always been higher than yours and still are Just sucks to be seen as second grade North Americans when it comes to shopping. GOD DAMN invade us already

OOps that sounded a lil political ok just make another one of those equal trade pacts so shopping online be united..

Received mine today from Q!

Awesome figure. Took me forever to get the 2nd belt on though. Reminded me of the opening scene of "The Incredibles". Bats kinda has a some wide hips!

I hear yah. I know lots of people have had problems and HT has been a bunch of asses about the returns but after this and the Tumbler, Im sure HT is ready to be done with the whole TDK situation.

really too bad they do not allow us to destroy the faulty products anymore.. must have seen too many of us posting the intention to reuse some of the cut up / destroyed parts but then again for all the trouble they gave us it's the least they can do instead of having us ship it back.. but then again that was one easy way to deter some of the returns
