Didn't receive a cancellation notice yet from gohastings but I wouldn't be surprised if it got canceled. There is a charge on my credit card for $120 though so not sure if that's a good sign or not.

I talked to the girl in Lawrence just now, she said they shipped out their last one this morning as an online order (and she'd received multiple calls since). I called two other stores in Kansas, one in Kentucky, and one in Missouri, and they all said they didn't have any.

Sorry haytil. I talked to a girl five minutes before I posted that and she had it.

So I missed out on the gohastings deal. But I think I've nabbed one of the last $179 dx bats from Toynk here in IL. Damn these got hard to get a hold of quick. This will only be my second dx. One for display, and one tucked away. It's just such an awesome figure.

My abs are ever so slightly off centre, does anybody know how to twist this back onto center?

Hey I just got mine today and the off centre abs is the first thing I noticed. I've been twisting and massaging, but still wonky

Yeah, one of mine is like that. It's slightly off. Most of the pictures I've seen, especially the ones that are replacements have the same problem.

I turned it and it moves right back.

this is my second bats now, i sold my leaky one now i have this issue

Well, good luck. None of my figures are perfect, in fact, none of the things I own are perfect. Be it a small minor nitpick or a huge noticeable flaw.

They're slightly off but there's really nothing you can do. I noticed as I was messing around with it that there's a clear plastic sheet in between the plastic ab/torso plate and rubber pants body. Is everyone elses like this?

What you're saying difabio is right, no figure is ever perfect, my T-800's jacket hangs funny on the right hand side comapred to the left. You just have to look past them I guess.

Has anyone else on this board ordered their dx from Toynk.com? If so, do you recall if they shipped the figure with Hot Toys cardboard shipper, or did they just wrap it in bubble and send it off?

guys,couldnt find the detolf thread,ive just sealed the gaps in my detolf with cellotape and just wondered if you think its a bad idea?? i know air and dust is bad (i also smoke) but do you think no to minimal oxygen is also bad?? any opinion welcome thanx!

well if you smoked then I am sure the air inside is better then the rest of the room if you selaed it while airing your room. I would put a large glass of water in there as well just to balance moisture level
