finally managed to lower my neck, was going to mod the TDK v1 neck but was too lazy, so i took the DX neck opened it up and took out that rubber ball joint piece and snipped those plastic ball joint piece off on each side and shoved it back in the body. sorry i dint take pics of that mod.
...point is i did not snip off the neck post on the body or use the tdk v1 neck to shorten it

If butters149 is "done" could someone please translate for me. If there is a way to do a DX neck mod without destroying anything I really really want to know about it.
I think he did the neck mod like I did it for IM. You can split the neck at the seam and you will see that the socket and balljoints are all inserted into the mold. It's a modular approach and you can just remove the rubber socket and to result in a bigger and deeper (this is going to ruin me) hole resulting in the neck sitting lower. To reverse it I don't even glue the neck together so I could at anytime reinsert the parts and glue and it be as good as new
