The have said it is the same suit as TDK version, the new suit isn't ready.
I have all the HT Batmen and all the TDK line but Two Face and I'll be getting the DX too.

where did you see them say this?

This is a great update to an already great figure, although I'm not sure you're getting as much bang for the buck as the MMS DX Joker figure, especially since they're asking $10 more for MMS DX 02. If anything, Batman should be $10-$15 cheaper than Joker, considering Joker comes with a whole second tailored outfit.

This is a great update to an already great figure, although I'm not sure you're getting as much bang for the buck as the MMS DX Joker figure, especially since they're asking $10 more for MMS DX 02. If anything, Batman should be $10-$15 cheaper than Joker, considering Joker comes with a whole second tailored outfit.

IDK, I'd pay an extra $10 for the sonar eyes head, magnetic belt & the REALLY intricate sticky bomb gun.

i would pay 150 dollars to buy this character again if he had good proportions. Yes his new heads are amazing! but the old head was pretty good. to me the big sticking point is his jacked up body with the monkey arms, flat shoulders and big boobs.

Just wanted to share some actual info.
DO NOT USE this freaking balls-grabber from new HotToys stands with any of Batman's! It surly will damage rubber costume and make some dents on it, and you won't be able to planish it out.

Just glue in some thick plastic stick to set it under belt from the behind.
See? Safe for standing and looking nice.

After seeing those pics, no way am I getting the Medicom. I don't care if he is a little bulky anymore.

On my iPhone. At the toy show now. Saw the dx bats, wolverine, thriller mj, 4 aliens figures, 2 mars attacks figures, 1 matrix, 2 Up, etc.

Again just spoke with HT CEO Japan, Dx bats is final design. Suit is brand new and is pretty much final. Those who read magazines saying the suit is not final and that there will be a brand new one coming, sorry to disappoint you man. Unless the HT CEO Japan is wrong, that is.

The dx bats, although not accurate, it's still very nice. First shipment: December 2009 for Hong Kong.

Expect photos on my site in approx. 12 hrs time. Sorry, gotta dine out with friends tonight. It's a Saturday! I hope the pics are good, man. Something tells me they're all blurry...

I reckon the body looks pretty okay. I mean, that's not the actual size of his "boobs". It is armor, it can't be paper thin. I feel the armor is as film accurate as we're gonna get.

That's a disappointment! 200$ for only updating the head-sculpt, no thanks!

I don't know about buying HT head (coz I already sent my medi-head for good repaint), but I will buy a new belt, and both guns from this DX. They look nice and necessary for me.

But Bat Original C. from HT DKSeries is much better than Medicom.

Also, this new HT tendency makes me sad. Why should I buy a new figure when there is a new and better version coming soon? I won't hurry with buying Wolverine, better to wait, imho.

If it is the final DX batman I'd be surprised, seven months waiting with nothing else to be done? Doubt it.
The new suit talk has been mentioned in threads here and on other boards about this figure, supposed to be not ready for the displayed one, no matter who it is saying anything until it is in store I class as no more than rumour, it's whatever you choose to believe, I'm happy as it is but the new more complex suit would be cool so if we DO get an updated one or the displayed one I'm happy
Someone on here pointed out a mistake on the neck, I'd quite like that changed though.

I've been in this situation before with cars, once your order is in you see rumours about changes float around, until it's in the box/on the transporter it's not final, 'till then it's all up in the air.

When this is the final suit design, I really don't understand why HT was so thankful for all the mails and posts on their Facebook-page and that those would be really helpful...

I don't know about buying HT head (coz I already sent my medi-head for good repaint), but I will buy a new belt, and both guns from this DX. They look nice and necessary for me.

Same here. Also send my head for a repaint, but I'll still buy at least one head, maybe two (sonar and pers). And the belt is a must-have also...

But it makes me really sad, was really hoping for the ULTIMATE perfect batman figure from HT...

I don't know if my eyes are deceiving me or due to the lack of sleep but in this pic, the body/suit does appear to be slimmer?
