When I see his body and the expression of the right figure, it looks like he is totally out of breath after running a way of 10 meters...

Will wait and see how he looks in hand, but, so far, it looks as though the sandpaper will be coming out again.

Yes, both are great.

I already pre-ordered the DX Joker myself, but I'm more and more inclined on ordering the bank robber version as well. I'd like to pose both side by side, the bank robber from the back in the exact same pose of the beginning of the movie when Joker is waiting to be picked up, and the DX from the front using the pose with the 'nades showing from his open coat. I think that would make an awesome display. That said, I also pre-ordered the Batman DX. Looks awesome.

Yes, on those particular pics he looks slightly thick in the middle area, but this will obviously be corrected for the final version.

Yea he does look big and it worries me. I really hope that if they don't change the armor at least make it tighter so that it is not loose and flabby looking.

Well, if it's not corrected, then so be it. I can't pass this Batman because ultimately it will still be the best version available. I'll just pose it so that its thickness isn't as apparent as in these pics, although it's really not that bad to begin with.

I too am worried that it's going to be too big, but I have a feeling this is a figure that's going to have to be evaluated in person before any real decision can be made. Unfortunately, that doesn't help when decided whether to preorder it or not.

I think that is officially, identical to the V1 suit, look at it! VERY tubby!
Side note, latest from goodshipped is the HK release, Feb/Mar 2010

He does look the same as V.1. Just look at the mid-chest line of the suit running down to his stomach area, it curves up a little. I think they made a completely different and best looking prototype for the promotional pictures because he looks perfect in the pictures on the first page. Let's hope the final products are the same.

That sharp line on the side of his head that curves up to the ears looks identical to the first cowl. Previous photos made it look better but now under regular display lighting it looks no different than v1. Ridiculously sharp.
