Sweet detail shot...

I know I'm crazy to be saying anything negative and really i have no complaints about this Superman at all cause it kicks ass (and i know this is like 400 times the size) bu tI think one area HT can improve on is the bottom eyelashes. it looks a tad doll like on many of their sculpts. I'd prefer a basic straight line or just more refinement like Josh Small is able to whip up into his eyelashes.

I noticed last night after I opened mine that he has a shiney mark or paint rub on his forehead, that is from the package bubble being indented. Is this a common issue for this figure?

By far, the BEST figure in my collection!
Chris Reeve will always be the one, true Man of Steel for me!

I think one area HT can improve on is the bottom eyelashes.

It would have made sense for the ex to come with the green crystal. however if you are insanely rich, or just insane, you could take the kyptonite necklace to a jewler and get it carved into the green crystal.

Just read a post on Caped Wonders facebook wall that Arnie Kim has confirmed that his 1/4 Reeve Sculpt will be a full 1/4 figure, presumably to be produced by hot toys as part of their new 1/4 scale line. Has anybody heard or read anything more about this? Supermania also has a post about a sideshow premium format of Reeve as Supes.

Long-rumoured to be a project on the table of US company Sideshow Collectables it would seem by the image above taken from their website that they have indeed aquired the license to the classic Superman movies. Though by no means a final design this concept art is markedly similar to a pose from the Hot Toys marketing campaign which was itself derived from the levitating pose of Toynami's Cinemaquette. One hopes as the project evolves a stance representing one of the scenes depicted in the Movie or publicity pics will offer some much-needed diversity. More updates as they develop...

1/4 sounds almost too big but who knows. I wonder if it will be a complete port of the 1/6 or will it have better S shields or higher boots.
