A company who doesn’t know what it’s doing will not hire few of the best sculptors and painters in the industry to make prototype headsculpts, to entice collectors. Lol, the reasons you mentioned above are simply one who has no experience in running a business; Vijay ain’t one of them

I still stand by the fact that they are not scammers... they are just people who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. They got way in over their heads and they will either attempt to dig out or suddenly we will hear they up and disappeared for the sake of not losing any more money.

IIRC didn't they say that this figure was ready to go like a year ago? That they were just waiting for confirmation from the estate and for orders from retailers? Didn't they also, after getting less than a stellar response on initial pics of the sculpt, say that it was not finished and that they still had to add pores and stuff? Huh? The skeleton was a scam from the start. I and others said from the start that there was no way they would be using that in their figures.

Getting people to part with their money based on renders they couldn't possibly recreate in the real world is a scam.
Getting people to part with their money based on revolutionary technology they had no way of implementing is a scam.
Getting people to part with their money on a figure advertised as releasing in a two month time frame when they hadn't in fact got a single working prototype is a scam.
They got people's money through false advertising and hyperbole and were lucky enough to find some in the community who would/will defend them like they are a blood relative.

Yes and also advertising a piano made by another company as their own not to mention that a year has passed since the first release date that they swore was set in stone.

Also, and I don't think enough has been made of this, one of their future releases was going to be the tick and Arthur from the tick tv series.
Bit freaking niche for a start out company surely?
