Silly question here, but I know very little about this. I wanted to get one of the int'l one-sheets for Star Trek Beyond, this one:

I highly doubt it should be particularly rare or hard to come by, but I don't really even know where to look. eBay is full of obvious knock-offs. It may not even be available yet.

Any thoughts? Thank you!

Someone was asking about the value in a poster group on Facebook, I have one too. eBay searches weren't helpful

Value is so hard nowadays, it's very fluid depending on how many people are currently looking for it. eBay has changed everything.

I'll look around, if I find it I'll post on here.

I found one reputable dealer selling the Spiderman reflection poster for $350.00

That poster was not mint as it has some minor creases. Online dealers tend to sell at premium prices, so, if he's looking to sell, he might have a hard time getting top value for it.

Its likely just released, so wont be in circulation for a while. you have two options if you want to be certain to get a authentic one sheet.

1) these are reputable sites to keep an eye on... www.movieposter.com and www.moviestore.com

2) Theaters usually give the posters to their employees, but now and then you can find one willing to sell them to you. Your best bet is a mom and pop owned theater.

Another possibility is if there are any official Star Trek fan clubs, they will often get these items to sell.

Ok now I see the difference between the real thing and the fake. Thanks

Hey ink, this poster was one of the most faked re-produced even the DS.One main feature to an original is follow the roadway to the end at the very left there is an elevated highway with a car and you should see almost the entire car(most fakes you just see the very back end or it's not even there like in the movieposter.com picture that rushmore223 posted)and Spidey's neck line you should see costume lines almost all the way up to the chin(fakes are just Dark there) also 3 May 2002.Photo is of an original.
There are just too many people trying to sell these even now.All the fakes ruined the market for this poster. If a person wants to sell or buy one better to pay the premium and go through emovieposter or Heritage. That way you know it's original.

Printing technology has gotten cheap, so it makes it more of a challenge. I try and stay away from eBay, unless there is a seller I know has a great reputation.

Where is the best place to sell posters?

I listed a couple on eBay and don't even have any watchers.

If your not trying to get top $, then resellers. If they are very valuable (individual posters worth thousands of $'s) then an auction house. eBay is only good if your poster is something hot, as in, lots of people looking for it, or incredibly rare.
