NECA: Alien Movie Franchise Figures

You guys are gonna have to enlighten me here...
What is the primary complaint? That it doesn't look like the Kenner Ripley gun

If I cared enough that would be my complaint. The Kenner figure had a silly flamethrower type weapon, not a smartgun. I see less value in these Kenner tributes if they are primarily movie-figures but ''wrong''. I think if you're doing this you need to recreate all the stand-out stupidities of those old figures.

Still a work in progress and far from 'perfect' (no one will confuse it with the real deal 3A arm). Still working on all the cables and the headset right now.

And the main gun is mostly done on the wall with rest of the builds

I'm really hoping when Vas is released her smart gun has Adios on it. It's going to be real interesting when they release Drake(It's a no brainer they will and I'm sticking to that way of thinking - lol) if the put the 'My ******" on his smart gun. I definitely want that but you know some parents will complain that is vulgar and will stores dictate whether or not that can be on the gun?

Randy at Neca was asked if the Loot Crate exclusive is in the 7" scale and he replied "not a figure" Maybe it's a head knocker as someone else suggested.

Celebrating Alien day early, I just got my Aliens dio and custom Apone from the reverend who is on this board and not only does great work but is great to work with. What do you guys think? Apone was inspired by Kustom Korner's Apone and the Reverand did all the hard work. I highly recommend reaching out to him for customs and dios, I'm extremely happy with everything he's done. He also made the dio in the 2nd picture as well. Bishop is a stand in until Vasquez can take his place.

Absolutely fantastic! I used the Kustom Korner inspiration for my Apone as well. Will post pics tomorrow. Love The Reverand's work. I have a 1/4 Alien from him and it is beautiful. Where did you get all the helmets from? I'd have to pay $50 per helmet right now by getting those 2 packs.

Thanks, I really love the latest dio. I would buy some extra 2 packs when I found a great deal. I lucked out and found the Hicks 2 pack at gohastings for $21.99 before they sold out.

I've purchased 2 of his dios and love em. Have them side-by-side to esentially make 1 long one.

So I bought a kaiser doll stand for my 1/4 scale big chap but it keeps sliding down. Does anyone know of a way to fix that?

Got two of the Cinemachines in. Diecast my ass. These things are 100% plastic. I posed the space jockey next to the Palisades micro jockey just to show how craptastic that one was.

Edit: after closer inspection the jockey base might be hollow metal.

what do u think about ripley's head sculpts (all versions)? in my opinion they re not good, i mean they don't look like Sigourney Weaver (just looking the photo I havent any).
Neca's dutch seems to be more accurate.
do you know if neca will produce more ripley?
