Not true. Think that "urban legend" was addressed in the special features on the Aliens dvd (regarding the "illegal alien" quip).

Another thing I just learned was that the "illegal aliens" line used by Hudson was an inside gag referencing the fact that Goldstein, at her first audition, had assumed Aliens was actually a movie about illegal immigrants in the United States, and even dressed accordingly.

I got the Kenner Ripley today from Hastings before they jacked the price up. The figure looks fantastic but hastings shipped it to me in a bubble wrap envelope and the package was mangled. Definitely an opener now.

Hastings is stoll doing that? I ordered one from the as well and was worried about this. Back when Falconer was first released I ordered one from them MOC and they shipped it in a envelope and it was ripped clean from the card in transit.

Love this picture. Obviously it'd look better with a third marine but with patience I think we'll get at least one more (unless these perform disastrously at retail but they ****ing shouldn't). But this picture is so nice - dreamed of this back when McFarlane made Hicks.

Does Neca have any plans to re-issue Hicks and Hudson? Especially since with the Alien Ripley figures, the production pieces seemed better with that series. Cast in flesh tone rather than painted (or at least, that's how it seemed).
